Renton Coil Spring’s design capabilities and material technologies allow significant weight and volume savings in crucial applications; especially in doors, actuators, and controls. RCS uses quality titanium wire and bar certified to all major aerospace requirements. Computer design work is conducted on every part number prior to manufacture to ensure that the spring will meet all drawing requirements without exceeding material allowable or production capabilities.

Renton Coil Spring Company is an ISO 9001:2015 registered firm and certified to AS9100D. In addition, we are NADCAP certified to perform heat-treating of steel and titanium alloys. RCS excels and working to a source controlled drawing (SCD), and our engineers are able to take the specifications from an SCD and produce a cost effective detailed solution. We are also available to fatigue test in-house and have a full tooling department to produce any necessary modifications.
